Grass fed lamb - Quarter lamb with deposit

Our Icelandic lamb meat is $18,50/lbs. The following description is for quarter Lamb. The meat is cut and vacuum packed.

We take reservations starting June 1, 2026.

The meat will be available in November. We will contact you when it is ready for pick-up/delivery arrangements. 

Here is what you will find in your meat box (18,50$/lbs), all pieces are vaccum sealed.

Quarter lamb, 7 to 10 lbs (130$ to 185$) : Leg roast OR shoulder (1), Shank (1), 1 lb of cubes (1) OR steak (1 pack of 2), 1 lb of ground (1), French rib (1) OR loin chops (2-3 pack of 2), Soup bone (1), Offal (heart, liver, kidney) Deposit : 25$

Why are you taking a deposit?

Deposit will help us cover our expenses during the summer. For you, the benefit will be to distribute the payment rather than having a large bill all at once. Please note that the deposit is refundable if the meat order is cancelled before August 31, 2026.
